It's been over 20 weeks and no rebate. Following a lead that I saw on this forum, I e-mailed a representative of TigerDirect (elizabeth. [email protected]) who promised to help Gerald. I included ALL of the information about my missing rebate including copies of the submitted material. My message was read on 9/6 9:39 AM. I have yet to receive a response
I intend to file a complaint with the FTC and with the Attorney General's Office of the State of Florida for rebate fraud.
How can this company get by with this time after time after time?
If they are unethical about rebates, how can you trust the products they sell?
