I bought a Linksys WCG200 Cable Modem that I can't use. It won't stay online, it goes offline every day. I tried the Linksys telephone number and the internet e-mail address. No one understands the problem, they only know how to take it out the box and plug it in, and explain very little about. Then they said its Cox Cable's fault.

I bought several Cable Modems from several companies and I'm lucky I found only one that works, and I'm fortunate its not a Linksys, what I have works. Its the only one I have that works, the others are a waste of money.

Linksys wrote they would give me a refund, if I replied. I tried to reply and they don't reply.in the begining I kept getting different people and needed to repeat the same reply. They would get email a few days later saying they did not hear from me in 120 hours or 336 hours that is far from what happend, it was a few days at most. Someone sometime replied to take it back to the store after the time period ended.

They kept saying I don't know, or I will ask someone, or keep writing I will help you solve the problem. Later someone complained I replied to someone, because I replied to there e-mail, they complained someone already wrote I should take it back to the store, I can't, they lead me on thinking they could help until it was to late. I told them its a problem taking it back to the store, they told me they would get me a refund then, I get no reply, I email them, they don't reply. All they did was repeat my refund, if I reply, then they skipped the subject and all email ended.
