I ordered several cell-phone accessories on their web page, got an immediate email acknowledgement of the order with advice that order would be shipped within 24-48 hours. Credit card was charged within two hours of order, which is, in my experience, unusual. Usual practice is to wait until order is shipped.
Their shipping information suggested that delivery would take up to four days. After eleven days, I emailed to get an update on status of order which went unanswered after three more days. I followed this up with a telephone call to the only listed number on their web page. A busy signal was the result. Repeated over several hours with same result.
Did a Google and found another phone number which resulted in "this telephone number is not in service at this time." Among the Google results I found another complaint about the company on the Rip-off web page. And here we are.
My credit card company is going to have to pick up the tab because of the no-delivery status of the order, but I will follow this message up with a note to the Florida BBB's
