These two companies are in cahoots, and I've never seen anything like it— except perhaps AOL (try canceling THAT service, let alone getting a refund!) For all the money that I've had to pay in extra points and fees because of my credit score, which is directly affected by an erroneous Sprint charge, I'm considering filing a lawsuit against Cavalry and Sprint.
I just have to look at the time and expense and commitment on my part. And that's how they get you& any cost/benefit analysis is going to tell you to pay them off and move on. I'll keep you posted.
