I ordered a DVD player from DataVision on 1/10/05. It arrived damaged. I called them and shipped it back following their instructions before the 14 days. They received it and lost it and lied to me over the phone for over 2 weeks. They would not give me an exchange or refund.
It's been 3 months and I don't have a DVD player or the $300 shipping. I've called them 2-3 times each week. They are always rude and dismissive and like to put people on hold.
Tell everyone you know to never order anything from these rude, incompetent people.
