Bad business practices, sending out DOA products, restocking fee. Ripoff!

Bought a motherboard combo from them, it came non-working. When I tried to send it back they told me, though the product was defective, I would occur a 20% restocking fee. (hidden somewhere on thier website)
STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS WITH SHODDY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
