Repair of Samsung Dry
We have had our Samsung Dry one whole year in December 2019. We bought it brand new with the washer set. I few months back we noticed that the dryer was becoming louder than normal. After searching the dryer we noticed that there was crack in the steam of the drum. Since then it has gotten bigger and starting to ruin our clothes. We reached out to Samsung back in December to see about a warranty and a repair cost. They provided the amount of over $300!! That is ridiculous when this is a manufacturing issue not a owner issue. I am so frustrated with Samsung. Their customer service is just a script getting read to you they have no empathy or a way to keep their loyal customers. We have a lot of electronics made by Samsung and never have any problems until we got a defect dryer that they refuse to fix on their behalf! DO NOT PAY SAMSUNG DRYERS!
