I signed up with Worldcom Wireless in Feb. Or March 2 years ago. The first year was fine, no problems and timely bills. Then last February, right after I re-upped for another year, I stopped getting bills, I called many times about this and like everyone else I was on hold for an average of 30 minutes each time. I was told there was a billing problem and to expect a bill soon. I finally recieved a bill in June... For $395.00 and it wasn't even itemized! How was I supposed to remember the phone calls I made or recieved six months earlier? I also noticed that they were overcharging me, when i re-upped, I was given a deal that was $10 cheaper a month but the bill isn't reflecting that. They have been hasseling me for payment in full even though I've been sending monthly payments. This company is horrible and I would love to see a class-action suit.
