The newest software update to the Samsung Note II (a $700 phone) has caused a number of new issues. Before the update, I re-started my phone about once a month at the most. Now, I'm resetting it multiple times a day due to lock-ups involving text messages and Facebook. It also isn't showing contact names when people call. It makes it look like I'm getting calls from unknown numbers.
