Magic Jack
Defective Magic Jack - Company will not replace unless customer pays shipping costs

Defective magic jack device - spent over 3 hours trying to diagnose the problem. Both the plug and the device were defective. Magic Jack made us pay the shipping fees in order to replace the parts!!!
