Ripoff known defective poor quality product no fix available or planed

Holiday express train, 199.99 base price I purchased extra cars, track, and clock tower. Total cost 350.00 to 400.00 the connection between the cars come loose the connections power the lights and effects. The train will not even go around the track once without half or more than half of the train going out. I spoke to a customer service person today 1/13/05 and was told that you have to giggle the connections they don't actually click into place. I said to her wouldn't you agree on a toy train that costs around 400.00 that you wouldn't expect to have to giggle the connections. She said she understood. She said it was a common problem, that they have even had people send them to them but when they set them up and giggle the connections long enough they can get them to work and then they send it back to them.

I asked her if their was a fix in the works and she told me the company had no plans in the future to put out a fix for the product. I said so there is nothing that can be done for me I was told to just keep giggling them it will work eventually. I told her that I had already done this throughout the holiday season without success.
