On 14 Sept I purchased office home & student 201e for about $140 from you I followed instructions on how to get the product key. I scratched the label from the card and the product key came with it making me unable to read the number. I called best buy and they told me once I pulled the label off they could (or would not) help me that I would have to wait until Monday. Thank you so much best buy. This is the second time you have done it to me i realize you don't beieve in "service after the sale".
