Ordered Motorola/Nextel i830 from website for $166.94 12/14 with money order, seller wouldnt answer emails or instant messages. After stating I will file a complaint and take him to small claims court, Anthony finally replied the morning of 12/31 and said he was not scamming me and is waiting for money order to arrive and will ship as soon as he receives it.
Seller cashed money order 12/31, and blocked my screen name and email. Sent email from a different address posing to be another person who wants to buy somethin and seller replied in less than 5 mins.
