I am the Sr Pastor of a Baptist church in South Carolina. We are on a 3 year lease with our Oce printer. The first 2 years it was practically problem free. However, lately it is down as much as it is working. Currently we are on our 14th day of a non-functional copier and the best that we can hope for is that it will be fixed on the 17th day. This is the worst case of an ongoing lack of service and parts by Canon (bought out and services the printer). We call immediatly when there is a problem. Service does not show when they say they will. I have personally called the area service manager twice and had to leave messages on his phone - no reply. We have had to alter many of our functions in the church because we have no working copier and have had to outsource to other churches our weekly bulletins. This situation is making our office look very inefficient. The only upside is that we are 90 days away from cancelling the contract.
