The worst experience I ever had. My appliance is in worse shape than it was before they came. They kept sending (Brandon) to fix my fridge, but he didn't know what he was doing. I should have known better than to deal with a family owned business that's only been around for 8 years. I had to have someone else come and fix their mess. They offered a refund less the $59 service fee. REALLY? What a joke. These people are horrible. I lost money on food that went bad and had to eat out daily, which is expensive. If anything they owed me money.
