I have been trying for a long time to report to worldcom wireless a mistake in my billing... I cannot get through, and i am still being billed for my phone which i reported stolen in october. I have tried to email them and still no response... I guess i won't pay the bill and wait for them to contact me... I have outrageous bills and they say it is for multiple months... Why can't they be more customer friendly??? I will not pay this exhuberant bill... Whay else can i do to get a response to my situation???
