BestBuyAnime.com is a site that sells anime, and anime collectables. There offers are very fair until you go to pay there shipping and handling cost twice as much as the product your buying. They say they will send you 5 emails detailing your order from confirmation of order to delivery. They will only send one saying your order is being processed. After that they will charge you for your order twice and steal money from your account. They promise it should only take two days to get your order shipped. That doesn't happen and when you go to contact the company they will provide you with an email address for customer services. No phone number and no fax number. I have sent at least 7 emails to the site without a single response. They will never even attempt to contact you back because they already have your money. They will never send you your order or give you a refund. They are thieves whose site is still up and running they should all be in jail. Please no one ever use this site they will only screw you over.
