On the 8/5, i got an email from frank. [email protected], Frank Gabb who is the Sales & Market development Manager of Broadcaststore.com (BCS), soliciting that they can help with a broadcasting equipment we were looking for, known as 2.4M C-band FLYAWAY KIT. After few correspondence, i spoke to him in the office a couple of times and after this, he told me he would be out of office for few days, but should i need to reach him urgently for any questions, then he gave me his mobile phone number 8183885129 and another gmail account; [email protected].
Eventually he sent me an invoice to pay for the item. When i saw the invoice, it read BPS broadcast. I questioned the slight change in the name, he told me its part of the same company. So we sent payment to him from Ecobank Nigeria to Well fargo Bank USA, which he confirmed receipt by August 28th of 2012. He promised to supply or deliver the item by October since them Mr Frank Gabb had given numerous excuses, including Hurricane Sandy and many lies. After making various calls to his office, BCS, he would tell me the integrator of the item were waiting for one item they ordered from Califonia to complete the job or they might say he has just stepped out i should leave message on his box.
On American independence day, i called the office again and i got one Mr Lou Cloud who said he was the MD, then he told me that Frank was using his personal company (BPS broadcast) in dealing with us (Firstpros Limited) that BCS knows nothing about it. Then i showed him the apology letter that Frank sent from BCS to me few days before the independence, still Mr Lou Cloud claims BCS know nothing about it. Frank has made me lose so much from depriving me my refund or delivering the item. I sent him program schedule and revenue that the item would have generated, but he is claiming that the item is taking 2.5 months to be shipped from Califonia to New York. I have most of the correspondence between us, i just need to save my credibility and my job from the client that gave this job to my company, i need your help.
