Very poor customer service after the sale. They require full payment up front on purchases.
Install was a nightmare with multiple reschedules required and damage to my kitchen cabinet. I now have to stain, cut and install trim to cover the damage. Their installer bad mouths the company. I purchased 2 items: an Electrolux wall oven which remains in my home after waiting 2 months to get it delivered and installed with multiple reschedules, and a kitchen aid dishwasher that I cancelled after being mislead and after 3 install reschedules.
I was told by the salesman George that the dishwasher was in stock and could be installed withing a few days; in fact the dishwasher after 3 install reschedules was never actually in the store.in stock does not mean in the store; it means in a warehouse state's away. Local management will say they are sorry; corporate are polite but no action.
I would never purchase from P C Richard & Son again.
