I purchased some red/balck Beats by Dr Dre earphones a couple of months ago for a xmas gift. When I went to register them on the Beats by Dr. Dre site for the 1 year warranty, it requires a serial number, which they don't have.
I contacted [email protected] and explained the situation. Their reponse was that the only information they have is what is posted on the website. If I was not happy with that, I could return them if it was within the 30 day timeline. I clearly stated in my complaint that it was not within 30 days.
I can only assume these are conterfeit and they are selling them as the real deal. I will also file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center and the U S Postal Inspectors.
Don't buy these from them.
