I just placed an order on your site for the first time. Two very serious problems occurred. First the two gift cards, totalling $15, that I entered during the payment process were accepted by the system but were never reflected against the amount billed to me. Second, I relied upon your offer of "free shipping" and noted that I was not charged for shipping. I was instead charged $16.48 for "handling". This charge was NOT on the payment confirmation screen. That is perhaps the single most sneaky and underhanded and possibly illegal hidden charge I have ever seen.
