Terrible, terrible company!

I bought a blueant speaker from them which would not work. I attempted to obtain an ability to return item 6 working days and 10 days after receiving item.

The web site said I could not, because "the 15 day return period had expired."
I called their customer serve, sales and billing departments, just to get through. NO answer and it was during the correct hours.
Will never, ever buy from them, again!
