FRAUD ALERT against Clinical Solutions Medical Training

Clinicalsolutions medical training has committed massive data theft from our company. This theft was reported to the fbi on april 14. We following instructions and an investigation with economic crimes/fraud division of law enforcement remains active. Fradulent conversion of our medical training credential #84752 to (acls, bls pals training center) was reported to accreditation agency. The accreditation agency sanctioned clinical solutions medical training and suspended their ability to train healthcare providers in acls, pals, cpr and all basic programs on december 28. Clinical solutions medical training remains suspended. Training center 84752 was reverted back to rightful owner, critical concepts.

The victim of the theft and aggrieved organization is, Critical Concepts, where you have taken one of the following programs: ACLS, BLS PALS and other CE Courses possibly back to 1998. This aggrieved organizations database was stolen by Clinical Solution Medical Training. This notice is provided by the aggrieved organization, a victim of Clinical Solutions Medical Trainings premeditated scheme where the highly sensitive information of tens of thousands of healthcare providers, including yours, was stolen and is currently being utilized for illegal purposes. Evidence indicates this information was used by Clinical Solutions Medical Training as early as April 11 and immediately reported this to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on April 14 / Miami Field Division by the aggrieved organization. We received instructions on reporting. As a result of FBI meeting we were referred to The Economic Crimes Division of Law Enforcement where a Detective is assigned to this ACTIVE case. The file contained complete CE Profiles of Healthcare Providers including but not limited to home addresses, cellular phone numbers, personal and business email addresses, work contact information, professional license numbers (i.E. RN, MD, and Paramedic), financial information, courses taken, dates and locations of courses, etc.

Heart Association, Inc., (AHA) and cannot issue certificates of completion of AHA Courses.

By December 28, Clinical Solutions Medical Training was suspended/prohibited from offering Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and CPR training for Fraudulent Conversion of Training Center #84752. An estimated 2500 illegitimate certifications cards were distributed by owners Kristopher Pidgeon and Jesus Pacheco / Clinical Solutions Medical Training to healthcare providers and others who received training from October 6 to December 28. Upon notification, the Quality Assurance Committee responsible for training center regulation conducted a criminal background check under provision of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The background report consisted of thirteen (13) pages of serious felonies including narcotic distribution. An FDLE background check was not conducted on co-owner, Kristopher Pidgeon, a Registered Nurse, as this matter was referred to the Florida Board of Nursing and their according to their reporting procedure. A formal complaint was filed with the Florida Department of Health/Division of Medical Quality Assurance (DOH/MQA) regarding Kristopher Pidgeons involvement in a fraudulent scheme including Database / Intellectual Property
Theft. A criminal investigation in the Economic Crimes Division is being provided evidence of this massive data theft estimated to have caused over $2,000, 000 (two million dollars) in damages to the aggrieved parties.

Clinical Solutions Medical Training is deceptively and illegally using this stolen information to contact you with a letter listing your prior course date, leading you to believe you took the course with that company. If you received a letter as such, your information was in fact compromised. Please fax it to 888-201-0238 so we can provide it to the Economic Crime Detective assigned to this Case.

We are notifying you of this security breach because you are one of the customers whose personal information was in the file.in accordance with Federal law, we are bringing this incident to your attention so that you can be alert to signs of any possible misuse of your personal identity and information. We
recommend that you review your credit reports with the credit reporting agencies below.

If you are or have been contacted or solicited by Clinical Solutions Medical Training or any of its representatives, find suspicious activity on your credit reports, or have reason to believe your information is
being misused, contact each of the three credit reporting agencies for further assistance. Even if you do not find any suspicious activity on your initial credit reports, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) recommends that you check your credit reports periodically. Victim information sometimes is held for use or shared among a group of thieves at different times.

If you are registered to takea class with Clinical Solutions Medical Training, we recommend you withdraw from the course and request a refund. If you have already attended a class solicited by Clinical Solutions Medical Training, contact the accrediting agency immediately as your m certification may be fraudulent and invalid. As a result of this fraudulent and the illegal conversion of courses required for the professional licensing process, Clinical Solutions Medical Training is prohibited from advertising courses and the sale or distribution of ACLS, PALS, CPR, and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) Certification Cards. You should also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc. Gov/idtheft or at 1-877-ID-THEFT (877-438-4338). Your complaint will be added to the FTCs Identity Theft Data Clearinghouse, where it will be accessible to law enforcement in their investigations.
