I have attempted to inform ABC Distributing that items not received; claims should be submitted from ABC to FedEx direct. FedEx already noted that items were not received and signed by a phantom... Twice. I have been here for years and never encountered this problem. I have dealt with ABC in the past... No problems with delivery and online payments cleared just fine.
This time around has been a nightmare... I cannot count the amount of times that I have written and faxed them. Of course e-mail and phone calls are out of the question.
I am amazed that any organization with such a low level of service can continue to remain in business.
Most get frustrated and just give up... I am not. I receive at least 2-3 account past due/on hold... Pay this amount immediately e-mails and forget about the mailings - boy oh boy... I am saving them all incase we get enough people together for a lawsuit. It is continuous harrassment for me...

I think that when they put this organization together... They left that department out... Or maybe they couldn't afford the employees...
