They went into my account an removed money without my permission. I called them to have the money return and first that claim they never removed the money from my account, I sent them proof by a certificate mail and I still have not had my money returned. Each time I call U-talk and talk with a customer representative I am giving a different lie.
They should pay me more money for my inconvient and constantly getting the run around from this company. I have been trying to get my money back since March or April. I am finding other reports on the internet where other customers have had the same problem. I wish I had check them out before they also
removed money from my checking account. I am going to contact them until I have my money back. I can't find a coporate number to call to let them know what is going on with there company.
