I ordered a Laser Perfect 4 on-line and received within 5 weeks. A week later, they sent me 2 more which I did not order. I sent them back to the company in June and as of today, I did not receive my refund. I called Laser Perfect 4 about my refund and they gave me an excuse that there computer system is down and will transfer your money to your credit card on the 8 August.
No money was transfered on that date. I waited one additional day and checked my account and still no money. I called Laser Perfect three time to find out what the problem was and they said that you money will be returned to your credit card sometime next month. I did not like that answer and asked to talk to a supervior.
They gave me an excuse that she is in a meeting and will call you today. I have made numberous call to Laser Perfect 4 on this issue and kept on giving me different excuse. I made another call last week on August 13 about this issue and they refused to talk to me and hung up. I dont know what there problem is.
