Linda Patton and Stacia Jackmon of Onondaga Michigan have made a living ripping off people since the 60, s. Their latest victims are Francie and Chuck Kristull of Austin Texas. Linda took several horses from them with an agreement to pay for these horses at a later date and is still telling them she is broke and can't pay. Although she has breed Sarah, Celeste, Bethany and stallion Fiddaz and made profits from colt and filly sales as well as selling sperm to other Caspian breeders. She also refinanced her home in August and bought new appliances and furniture, and fenced her yard with chain link... Still the Kristull's see no money.
On September 23rd of 2004 Linda and Stacia lost a court case in Jackson Michigan Courts for stealing dogs. And now have a court order for payment against them. This past May a female Boston terrier was bred who had been bred in October at the age of 8 months and gave birth in December to a little of puppies one of which died from complications of a cleft palete. They knowingly bred this dog again on her very next heat in May. The dog gave birth in July to 5 pups 3 of which had the cleft palete and died... They then advertised and sold the remaining two males as AKC SHOW dogs, not telling buyers these dogs come from a litter with congenital defects and should not be bred much less registered.
These are just a few of the things they have done, another thing they are famous for is for boarding horses then raising rates until the horse owner tries to remove the horse at which time they hit the owner with false bills for stall damage and vat bills and make the owners forfit their horses.
Linda and Stacia have been reported to the Michigan State Attoney Generals Office and we encourage all people who have or are dealing with her to do the same.
