Celetia is nothing but a smart "horse trader" she has figured out how to resell horses over and over without having to pay for them. Previous owners who donate horses tell her that horses are lame or that they dont want them bred and she adopts them as sound or as breeding stock! Original owners have sent in horses that have congenital defects telling her not to breed them and she then adopts them out to breeding farms. Donors send in horses that have navicular or terminal arthritis and she then adopts them out as riding horses. She does this so that you can return them so that she can adopt them out again! Sometimes getting a higher fee for them and also omitting any physical or training problems that you have found out. She also does not carry a nonprofit status with the IRS as noted on her site.
