Daniel "Gus" Gustafson Rip off artist, has studs breed your mares and refuses to hand over breeder's certificate, and then sues everyone!

Daniel Gustafson sold me a mare on payments. Payments were made accordingly to the contract signed by both of us.included in the sale of the mare was a breeding to one of his stallions. My mare was bred by the stallion of my choice.

When the mare was paid off Mr Gustafson decided that he was going to sue me for the purchase price of the horse - AGAIN! He stated that he wanted his money AND the horse back. Well, needless to say, the judge saw fit to throw the case out of court because I had paid him in full.

Mr. Gustafson then refused to provide me with th breeders certificate required to register the colt from my mare and his stallion. I had to bring it up to the judge that he would not give me the certificate and the judge forced him to turn it over to me.

Mr. Gustafson also trained two of my horses for me. The horses lived in deplorable conditions while in his premises. The stalls were NEVER cleaned in the month that they were there. THey had to drink filthy water and were very limited on their hay intake. I had to personally go there each day, clean the stalls, feed and water my horses. To make sure that they were taken care of.

I've seen horses that have just died on his place from him not taking care of them and he's just drug them off for his dogs to eat!!! He does not give ANY vaccinations to his animals, nor does he worm them or give them proper hoofcare. He has over 50 horses and does not have the means to take care of that many animals. The man does not work for a living, but lives off the suckers that he talks into bringing them horses for him to train (abuse).

One of my horses came back so ill that she passed away 6 months later from an unknown infection and the other one was abused to the point that no one could ride him - he would constantly buck when someone rode him. He suckers people into giving him thigns and then turns around an sues them when he has no more use for them. Make sure you research the person you are hiring to train your animals.

This was the first time I had ever done this and it was the last time I ever trusted anyone with my horses. I now train my own horses to save them from the abuse that my 2 first horses went thru!
