Ripoff Told me my prize was $800 Prize was mine only $42 fee for secure delivery Holland

I got a letter from B.I.A. G International Bureau of prize Distribution telling me that I was one of three winners. The letter was sign by Jean-Etienne Fournier. And my prize was $800.

Well to get my prize I had to pay $42 for delivery and security of the prize. I tried to find the company on Internet but didn't well I send the money and got another letter from TCI International Transport and packaging secure express service signed by Johan Mathieu manager og delivery and shipping. This letter said there was a package for me but it would cost me $36 dollars for the delivery. I haven't recieved anything and some part of me told me this was a rip off but I did it anyway.

The ironic thing after one week or so I got another letter from a lady in Holland telling me she was a fortune teller and she predicted that I was expecting a prize. She know it was $800 and if she was wrong I should throug away the letter if she was right she could help me to win more money if I send her $36. Right there I know the whole thing was a scam.
