B.I.A. G And TCI International Transport And Packagaging Secure Express/Capital Leons sent letter stating I won a prize, and to send $ in 8 days for insurance. Looked up on Swiss site, those who tried this got ripped off. Lausanne

I received a letter stating there was a prize waiting for me worth over $600 in cash value, and all I had to do was send a check for $24.99 for insurance. I looked for phone and email communication on the letter so I could call and get more information, and no other contact info was listed. I went to a swiss website to find out any other information, and saw many many entries from people who have been ripped off by this company. They are using the names B.I.A. G (Intnational Bureau for Prize Distibution), and the name T.C.I. (International trasport and packaging secure express service) is also all over the letter I received. The return envelope is addressed;
