They made me pay for services $35.00 x tax i dont have access, no contact info, Imy money is gone! New York internet

Expresspaidsurveys billed my card and did not give me access to the site. When i tried to contact them it was dead end.

They claim that they dont know my email address. I would like my money back these people should be deciplined
