I'm not going to waste much time on this. Do NOT give these people a dime. This is not just a poor service for tax resolution.
These people are a bonafide scam - that operates with
impunity, since the law is so inadequate to stop them. Do NOT give them any money. They will take your money - & NEVER call you or do anything. They will talk to you like a dog if you call them for ction, & simply wait until you get tired of chasing them.
It's amazing that they aren't all in prison. Trust me - it's not just bad service - it's a genuine scam operation.
