Paul at heroware never did get us up and running. Of the two appliances we received the domain controller was unable to operate and take over because it was not configured with the necessary capacity. Not one single person will take serious my claims. Had i not bbeen for my secondary Shadow Protect by Storage Craft back up images our school would had gone out of business.
Also, in the CONTRACT was the offering to upload our images to their cloud but that never even was set up. We continue to honor our contract but they never honored theirs.
End result we have two appliances collecting dust for the duration of our CONTRACT.
