We bought appliances from Goedeckers and JB HUNT was suppose to deliver them Monday, July 15th, but as of today, July 21st, we still have not received our appliances. They had told us the appliances would be here that Monday between 1:00 and 5:00 and they would call an hour before they got here. Well at 4:45, I still had not received a call. So I called Goedeckers and they gave me the number to JB Hunt. I called JB Hunt and waited on hold for around 15 minutes. When I finally got through they called the driver and found out he was running late (well a phone call would have been nice). He finally arrived at 6:20 only to find out that our appliances were NOT EVER ON THE TRUCK! So the next day I call Goedeckers and explained to them that we were moving out of our old home and our new home had NO appliances. Now we were going to have to eat every single meal out (which we have been doing for 5 days not) and throw out ALL the FOOD in our old house so we could clean the fridge for the new people that were moving in. This has cost us HUNDREDS of dollars! So far neither Goedeckers or JB HUNT has offered a compensation for our loss! We are NOT happy with either company at this point!
