We had hired Andre Felix, under a written contract, to be our webmaster for our internet site,
We also had a contract with him to supply said website with content, also that we would pay him for photo shoots of which we would pay all costs involved with those shoots.
In our contracts with him, it was stated that we had all rights from him to use any images that he either photographed or put images up on our website.
He breached his contract and stole images copyrighted to Marquis Models Inc. These images and all costs associated with images were paid for by Marquis Models, so we terminated him in July and now he wants us to take down the images we have paid for under contract.
He has also opened a website with the name of marquis models which he is using to blackmail, extort and slander us.
