Rip Off - harrassment, threatening, breach of contract. General Manager said employee made mistake and told me to get in reality. Payment amount was satisfactory until conflict with account rep

These people are in-humane. Emma set up monthly payments on my account. I called to inquire about September payment didn't like the tone in Emma's voice, very rude and spoke to me like was an idiot.

Called back the next day to inquire of balance. After trying to argue w/me instead of just answer my question Emma informed me she had turned me over to legal due the pretty little name she heard me call her the day before. We had ended our conversation and I thought the phone was hung up, but oh, well, it wasn't and she heard. So, this is the reason she turned my account over to legal for payment in full in 30 days.

This is insane behavior. Got same treatment from Emma's supervisor and from Connie in legal. Connie was extremely abusive trying to force me to immeidately give her an answer on 3 options she was offering me to take care of account. She told me unless I gave her an answer right then before she hung up she would have 25% of my wages.

General Manager, Richard "Dick" Williams told me to get to reality. He didn't care what happened between myself & his employees. His employees wouldn't tell me anything he wouldn't agree with, BUT then he says Emma was incorrect and went against company policy setting up such a small amount for me to pay each month.

Apparently, Dick, thinks it's my problem his employee made a mistake and is demanding money I don't have. My monthly payment amounts were just fine until there was a conflict with Emma.

He was horrible, insulting and kept insisting I owed him money on 3 separate accounts. When I kept asking him about it, pleading with him to please explain that I was only of the one account, he told me he wasn't going to argue with me.

I called the hospital to verify this and they only one account.

Dick let me know in no uncertain terms he would get his money one way or the other. He told me he paid his attorneys lots of money to handle people like me.

These people want respect from you but they don't want to treat you with respect. It should be against the law for people to treat people this way.
