Our business long distance was slammed by silv communications and call plan usa holding inc. Because our business is based largley by dealing with suppliers and customers out of state the first bill we pay is our phone (our life line).
Our bill has always been current and this company not only illeagally changed my long distance but also shut it down this is costing me thousands of dollars. The business appears to be run out of someones home every phone that is answerd is by the same girl simply answered "hello" with children making noise in the background. The customer service line just rings to a voice mail with no live person.
We have filed complaints with our local carrier but it will take them three days to fix this problem mean while we are loosing money missing deadlines (which costs us more money) and unable to communicate with our out of state customers.
