Ripoff, lied, poor customer service I can go on

Purchaseing the "Box Office Express" to date has been the biggest waste of money, time, and effort that I've experienced. When my machine arrived the upper monitor wasn't installed. I asked about the monitor and was told they are on back order and will arive by the time my machine gets placed.

The machine was shipped to my house and sat in my garage for 4 months while their "wonderful" placement team found a home for it. When they did finally place the machine after I called every single day I was told I had to pay 2,500 for them to relocated it. I have a letter from James MacArthur that says "AED will relocate all machines for the life of the business At no additional costs" When I brought this to the attention of Ed Farlow the "customer service manager" he played a word game with the meaning of relocate.

I was quoted 1,800 one day to move the machine and the very next it was 2,500. Both quotes came from Ed. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. They promised big returns, so far my machine has been in the field for 45 days and I have only rented 10 movies. They can tell you it is lack of effort but that is total BS. The first week my machine didn't work @ all. When it did work, it locked up every 2 days so I had to drive 30 mins. Each way to reboot the machine.

I have my machine in very high traffic area with tons of marketing dollars spent. Now I am being told to have the upper monitor installed is 2,000. They are so full of @#$@#. I wasn't told about any of the additional costs to operate my business, nor was I told it was a full time job. All this and no money. Today my issue is with the machine not collecting on my credit cards. I have not seen one cent from my rentals because the machine isn't transmitting correctly. I have been on hold with customer support for hours (no joke) Then when i am lucky enough to get someone they have me do a few things no of which work and tell me they'll call me back which of course they don't do. I just hung up with Ed, his exact words to me were "there is nothing I can do to help you" What kind of BS is that.

As for James MacArthur asking people to call him with questions, I have tries that. The man HIDES, he will not talk to me. Can you imagine not talking to the people that make you money?

James if you read this message and I hope you do, CALL ME. ED has my number there are a bunch of machine owners that are not happy. Something needs to be done!!!
Well I'm seeing all they care is making money. I was set to buy 3 machines now
