When I decided to cancel, there's no way of doing so through the website. I noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged $38.35 by "Instant Cast." The credit card company gave me an telephone number to dispute where a recorded message asks for your info. And someone is supposed to reach you within 24hrs, but no such luck.
