Ripoff My card has been charged twice for $9.95 a piece without authorization. Can't cancel acct either, bogus web address

I have been charged $9.95 twice and have not received or heard anything from this company. Their toll free # is always busy and the the supposed web site where you can cancel membership is bogus with no links to the actual site at all. Dishonest, fraudulent company, beware! This company needs to be shut down.
