Notter school of pastry art are really running a very fraudulent operation. I purchased a 10 classes package for Professional continuing education for $5000 in January based on some very famous chefs classes being offered in the year calendar. I haven't signed an agreement neither a terms and conditions on the packages, it was all money for package and that was it. After the first visit i noticed:
*Huge turn around in employee (I dealt with 3 people on my classes in 5 months)
*Bathroom in the school were not working at all
*Equipement are all old and in bad condition
*Mediocre breakfast
*Lunch not provided like all other establishments
*Totally unorganized.
* Chaos in the classes
*Attitude, attitude, attitude
taken in consideration that each class is priced at $860 each.
In my second visit i learned that all the important classes that I based my investment on were cancelled and they didn`t let me know until i made the trip to orlando and booked the hotel. Most of their continuing education classes that they call for professional are attended 70% of the schools students and 30% of novices and beginners.
I sucked it and tried to make it work but after 5 classes there and a lot of irritation and disappointment, i finally asked for a refund from all responsible parties at the school.
I was ignored and been given the run around for three months and I still haven't seen a penny out of my money. I am going to report them to the department of education and I definitely don`t recommend this school to anyone. Run run
