I am a student at Notter School of pastry arts, and I have had enough. They provide very poor education, and their classes do not follow a curriculum. I've paid over $20,000 and never even received a full education.
The classrooms are roach infested. They lack professional equipment, and there are no usable restrooms. There isn't even soap or paper towels available to even wash your hands, even though we are preparing food.
I could go on for hours about the problems at this school, but enough of the problems have already been written about on this site.
