Several pages of exam did not print out and charged me $39.95 for an incomplete exam

I want to take the postal exam, and I need the test exams to practice with. Some pages of the test exams were blank pages. Pages 167,147, 117,73, and pg. 45. This test exam cost $39.95. I would like either my money back or a complete test exam as soon as possible.
