Ripoff No proof of lease agreement Chicago

CIT has been charging us for merchant lease equipment we don have. I have always owned my own equipment.

I demanded to see a copy of the lease agreement they say I have with them. Several times I get the same answer, telling me I will see the fax within 48 hours and will also get a copy in the mail. They keep saying to me "well isn't this you socail security number Mr. Jackson?

I have no idea who or how this lease ever got started, They just started taking money from our account! Now I had to close my account and now they call and harrass us.

My book keeper and I have countless hours into this and have lost hundreds of dollars.
