Ordered intro set of cd's to learn spanish. Was billed $64 on 6/20 for another set of cd's i never wanted or received. I moved 5/28 so no cd's ever arrived. Tried calling toll free #, message keeps saying they open at 8am ET, i started calling at 9am, still get recording. No cd's, don't want cd's. Am disputing charges w / my bank
