I applied to this university in August with the intention of getting my Bachelor's in Psychology. I was informed of the financial stability that would go along with being enrolled in the program

I was ripped off by Colorado Technical University/online program. They took my loan money as well as my Pell Grant and now they are requiring me to pay out of pocket for my Sophomore Year. I was told they were under investigation for fraud.
