I placed an order with them on March 13 and my paper was suppose to be delivered by March 28. That did not happen. I was already nervous because this was the first time that I had ever used a site like this before. I sent 3 emails giving very specific instructions telling them that I needed 3 sources, including my book from class (which they guaranteed me they could get their hands on) which the content of the paper needed to have citations. It was not included in the paper at all.
I also wrote a thesis statement which I emailed them and asked them to use it in my paper. That was also not included in the paper.in addition, I needed photocopies of the pages they cited from which they told me not to worry because and that was not included. Moreover, the works cited page was done completely wrong. I have no idea what format they used but it wasn't MLA like I requested. They didn't even put the page numbers where they got the info. The paper was written horribly, the grammer and content were horrible as well.
As I stated earlier, my paper was delivered late. I called to see what the hold up was and (Mark) as well as (Bryan Ross the alleged supervisor) told me that my paper would be delivered in 4hrs. Well that came and went. I called again and then they told me 3hrs. Again that came and went. Finally I called the next day and was about to curse them out when Bryan (the alleged supervisor), got on the phone and assured me I would have it in 4hrs because they had to rewrite it because the content wasn't good. I was patient. However, when I finally got the paper as stated above it was horrible! I wasted 68 dollars for a bull sh*t paper! I sent a very nasty email and asked for the paper to be revised. I have yet to hear anything.
Do not use this website! Do your research first! I wish I did!
