Don't waste your money! Go elsewhere!
When I signed up, I was told students could come in and practice as much as needed. Now, you have to call every day and hope there is space, and what time is open. If you had permission to come in, you may even find yourself sent home.
Sure, an instructor will be in the classroom for an hour teaching you to make drinks.
However, during practice times, instructors are rarely in the room. They are either outside smoking or hanging out in the reception area. If they are in the class room area - they are busy "training" some 20-year-old cute thing. (If you are not that 20-year old cute female, don't bother asking for help - you'll be lucky to get 2 seconds maximum).
Because of this, when you go to do your speed test, you will find you are doing everything wrong... And no one has corrected it...
If you are thinking of attending this school - ask to see their Enrollment vs Graduation Rate for the last couple years. Cuz I've seen 10 people all at once fail the Speed Pour Test.
