I had a real nervous breakdown, I missed my deadline as the work was so irrelevant that I would lose maybe my whole degree if I handed in that work. I had to go to emergency in Hospital as I had the WORST EXPERIENCE of my entire life!
While i was on the phone crying and begging them to tell me if they are capable of doing this work they were laughing and telling me why are you crying, it is only one paper. It was 50% of the course unit.
Now i am trying to get my money back but they are telling me to wait for 15 days!
PLEASE HELP! I want to sue them. I can not let them get away with this. I had the worst nervous breakdown, migraines because of them! They are steeling money from people!
